Use of the Service You agree to use Fozo for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse our services or assist anyone in doing so.
Account Registration You are required to register and maintain an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
Orders and Payments Fozo connects users with partner restaurants to offer surplus food at discounted prices. All transactions are final. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
User Content Users may post reviews and feedback. By posting, you grant Fozo a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display this content.
Partner Outlets Partner restaurants are independent entities. Fozo is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of their offerings.
Prohibited Conduct You must not:
- Use automated means to access the Service
- Interfere with the proper working of the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity
Termination We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.
Limitation of Liability Fozo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
